Beginners Bulking Cycle (Oral)

PCT Plan (Weeks 9-12)

• Clomid: 50 mg/day for 2 weeks, then 25 mg/day for 2 weeks
• tamoxifen: 40 mg/day for 2 weeks, then 20 mg/day for 2 weeks
